My daughter's report

My daughter is doing a report for her science class. She is in the 8th grade at Paul Robeson Academy in Detroit, Michigan. These are some of the things she has to include in her report:
Minority Scientist Report

1. Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Occupation and place of employment (that we could not find on the internet)
4. Highest level of education
5. Accomplishment or discovery
6. Impact on yourself and/or society

We have everything together except #3 Occupation and current place of employment. The report is due on February 22, 2001.

I would greatly appreciate it if we could have a response back from you soon. Thank you
